Q1. Are you a trading company or a mica manufacturer?

A: We are a mica sheet factory in China. You can purchase mica sheets directly from us, and you are welcome to visit our factories at your convenience.

Q2. Do you test all your mica products before delivery?

A: We have a 100% test before delivery according to customers’ demands.ISO9001:2008 approves our company. We produce mica products and manage the company in line with the system and demand.

Q3. Will you accept ODM orders?

A: Sure. We can develop new products according to your specific requirements.

Q4. What are your price terms and lead time?

A: Price terms are EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU. Lead time is about 2-3 weeks. We are a mica factory with plenty of raw mica stock and can ensure on-time delivery.

Q5. Do you offer a guarantee for the mica products?

A: Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on our products if they are stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse.

Q6. How to deal with the fault?

A: Our products are produced under a strict quality control system; the defective rate is less than 0.2%. Suppose there is a serious quality complaint(which hasn’t happened yet). In that case, we will offer a replacement free of charge and then return the defective products to the factory for further investigation.
